Provide administrative support to the company Site Manager and his direct reports. This role also provides support to the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental and Site Leadership Team committees and supports acts as the primary site communicator for client.

Key Responsibilities:
· Admin support to the Site Manager and direct reports
· Primary Site communicator for client.
· Support HQ activities at client – quarterly presentations/surveys, etc
· Liaison with Milton Hill and Infocus publications
· Liaison with Bayway Public Relations for Community Outreach Advisory Committee (COAC) activities and Infineum Americas News
· Vacation tracking
· Coordinate/edit a quarterly site newsletter (i.e. Milton Hill) and post on website
· Admin support for LBTC ERO Command Center C313
· Admin support for periodic site audits – OIMS, VVP. ISO, etc
· Admin support for Safety Leaders
· Admin support for Technet and Offnet
· Document and post minutes of department safety meetings
· Maintain the LBTC Site Bulletin Board – Utilities consumption, etc.

Selection Criteria (skills, experience, knowledge):
· Ability to handle diverse workload in a demanding support position and balance multiple priorities
· Strong communications and coordination skills to allow efficient interactions with internal functions
· Computer skills, including good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with SAP preferred
· Experience of working in an administrative support capacity
· Proactive approach – with a ‘can do’ attitude
