We have an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional Electrical Engineer. You’ll be part of a team that takes a product all the way from its original design concept through manufacturing to its ultimate launch into the marketplace. You’ll be involved in the process from beginning to end -- talking to customers, developing product specifications, creating prototypes, manufacturing, testing and launching the final product. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise developing products for some of the most prestigious jobs in the world!

Responsibilities
• Design and Develop circuits needed to support Lutron’s growing product offerings
• Discrete circuit design
• Design of experiments, tester design, and design for manufacture
• Communicate across Lutron in all departments and disciplines necessary to drive product development through to launch
• Participate in design reviews
• Interface with customers in-person and over the phone to gain insight into future product opportunities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least a 3.0 GPA
• 3 or more years experience working as an Electrical Engineer
• Circuit design experience
• Strong understanding of discrete circuitry and physics fundamentals
• Outstanding communication skills
• Willing and interest in travel to visit and troubleshoot job sites, oversee manufacturing at other facilities, take offsite training courses, accompany a salesperson to showcase your new product to a customer, etc.
• Hands-on attitude, a strong work ethic and flexibility
• Highly inquisitive and skillful at solving problems with enthusiasm and creativity
