North Jersey based position that will handle medium to large size HVAC contracts for state and corporation level work. Project size will be $8 mil. and above. Incumbant will be able to perform in an environment where they have full control of project time-line. Will have key supervisors reporting to them in Pipefitting, Sheetmetal and other key project division. Independent worker without supervision.

Candidate may make additional income base on change orders they bring to existing project plans. (additional income has potential to double their salary)

BONUS: Candidates who make projects within budget or below will be given (up to $40k + based on project size) in bonus annually. Additional merrit increases can be earned after the candidate's management skills are proven over timie on the job.
